I really look for one thing when I'm having hardware issues - someone who can resolve my issues in a timely manner. I was shocked at how quickly Agilitec IT was able to get a new unit ordered, delivered and files transferred. I'm very grateful that Agilitec was willing to work around my non-traditional working hours to arrange delivery.
